About this property

Shiloh Ridge Two King Suites, Two Private Baths, One Hot Tub Deck at 5,200 Ft

  • Most two-bedroom homes force you to pick sides: who gets the bigger room, the better bathroom, the quiet side? Shiloh Ridge changes everything. Here, both bedrooms are king suites with private ensuite bathrooms, separated by a central living area—perfect for two couples, a family with parents, or friends traveling together. Everyone gets their own private end of the home; no shared walls, no fighting over sink space, just total comfort.

    The Setting:

Perched at 4,250 feet elevation inside the exclusive gates of The Lodges at Eagle’s Nest in Camp Eagles Nest, this home puts you in the heart of the mountains. A short walk leads to the Great Camp in one direction and the North Pavilion in the other—but the real star is the view. Step onto the back deck, and ridgelines unfold in layered beauty, stretching all the way into Tennessee and Virginia. It’s the kind of panoramic scene that shapes your morning plans and stays with you long after you leave.

    The Layout:

    Designed for privacy and flexibility:

    • Two king-bed suites, each with its own private bathroom and dedicated TV

    • Open-concept living room between bedrooms for total separation of spaces

    • Living area chair converts to a bed, accommodating 2 additional guests

    • Convenient half-bath for common-area use—no need to pass through bedrooms

    • A loft accessible only by ladder and can sleep two additional people. Please note this is only ladder accessible, do not allow small children in the loft for safety.

    The Living Room:

    Designed for relaxation and connection:

    • Expansive windows framing those famous long-range mountain views

    • Remote-controlled gas log fireplace for cozy evenings

    • Spacious couch built for resting after a day of exploring

    • Smart TV with streaming capability (use your own subscriptions) + free news/entertainment via Samsung TV Plus

    The Kitchen & Laundry:

    • Sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances

    • Complete cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and prep tools

    • Dual coffee setup: Keurig K-Duo Plus (pods + drip carafe) for every preference

    • Separate laundry room with washer/dryer just off the kitchen

    The Outdoor Space:

Deck and yard designed for enjoying the mountain air:
