The brand-new KITCHEN with new Kitchen-Aide white cabinets, quartz countertops, modern backsplash, drawer microwave, counter-high island provide not only more than enough space but every modern convenience to cook your dream meal including two coffee pots, K-cup and regular, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster, food storage containers, complete service for eight. All appliances are stainless steel - stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen is completely open to the views, dining area and family room. The dining area and kitchen island can easily entertain eight people.

On the MAIN LEVEL, FIND THE MASTER BEDROOM with a wall of glass to bring the view inside, a King Size Bed, ceiling fan, 55' Samsung TV, walk in closet, tons of drawers and vaulted ceilings, new mountain lamps. The completely updated MBR Bath has a waterfall shower and frameless shower door and jetted tub with separate shower spray.

While rarely needed, there are 2 separate air conditions during the summer. The rear upstairs bedroom also has the best view in the house, so no one is left out! On this level, you will find the LOFT AREA with POOL TABLE and outstanding views. To complete the country look, the upstairs full bath has been completely updated with new commode, craw leg tub with matching faucet with a shower spray.

LOWER LEVEL: There is new carpet. Bedroom 4 is located on this level with a combination of a PRIVATE OFFICE/BEDROOM combination. The daybed coverts to a twin bed and there is a trundle for another twin or make a queen bed with both together. The 5th bedroom is a combination home Gym/EXERCISE ROOM with most of the equipment need for a full workout and a fifth bedroom with a a full-size Murphy Bed. During the day, use the exercise room and at night, simply pull out the drawer and top portion to make a full size bed that sleeps two. The exercise room tv has a side slot for your exercise videos. The lower-level full bath has also been updated with new commode and new shower. Also, this bath has heated floors for wintertime. Also, on this level, there is a game room and hobby area with sewing/hobby table with power high adjustments.
