Experience luxury living in this fully furnished two-bedroom loft condominium, featuring three bathrooms and stunning long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nestled in the picturesque Sugar Mountain area, this property provides convenient access to a wide array of activities, including skiing, tubing, ice skating, tennis, golf, mountain coasters, gem mining, and much more, all within a short drive.

The master bedroom includes an ensuite and a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The loft features an additional queen bed and bathroom, accommodating a total of six guests. This unit is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, WiFi, cable television, and gas logs for added comfort.

With level access from the parking lot, loading and unloading your vehicle is effortless. The Reserve complex is highly sought after, making it an ideal choice for a memorable vacation destination.

No Smoking- No Pets *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Please note that EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for charging. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
