"Multiple issues
When we turned up, the bar staff hadn’t been given a key, they found it but then advised breakfast hadn’t been organised for the morning as the booking had been forgotten so they arranged for bits of food to be left out for us, but in the morning there was no milk, fruit juice, had to hunt around for crockery and cutlery and what was left not brilliant.
