"Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly had to leave. The staff went above our wildest dreams and so helpful. Every meal was delicious also. The home was beautiful and we can't wait to hopefully return one day. Our stay included washing and bathing woth elephants along with an elephant safari and pick up via elephant for restaurant if you rang reception."

"Best hotel I have every stayed at. Truly was a 5 star experience, when you arrive they serve you a drink and a scented towel and shuttle you with your bags to your room and give a tour of the room. Our villa had a private pool and there were 7 monkeys outside to greet us which was pretty incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was our favorite part of the stay everything tasted incredible. Service was all around 10/10 every worker we ran into was incredibly kind. Would recommend to anyone."

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
