"The staff at restaurant and hotel are awesome. When I go back to Bangkok, Thailand this is were I will stay. My one and only complaint is, my debit card was not returned to me by an outside ATM machine. I needed help with finding out where to go to notify the bank associated with the ATM and got no help from front desk clerks. I wasn't asking for financial assistance only what bank branch the ATM machine was connected with."

"This was perfect for airport access, with a free shuttle taking us over. We did a 2-city break (Bangkok and Hua Hin) and stayed at the Hyatt on return from HH. Check in is unique - you get 24 hours from the point of check in. This was useful given our travel plans. The pool was beautiful and catches the sun most of the day. Plenty of beds, towels and a pool bar. Great value for money. Only negative was the food options are a bit pricey, but for a hotel opposite the airport you have to expect that"

"What a fabulous hotel! Staff are so helpful and polite, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy to get to by train from the airport in 30 minutes. With the traffic, a car will take much longer and be more expensive (train is £1 per trip!). Will book this hotel again next time we come to Bangkok."
