House Rules
H1: We kindly ask our guests to respect the property as if it were their own. Please take care of all furniture and devices, and return the suite/room in the same condition as you found it.
H2: If you accidentally break or damage something, please report it to us as soon as possible.
H3: To avoid unexpected incidents, please switch off all devices, electricity, stove, and water before leaving the suite.
H4: While it is uncommon, we may need to access the suite on certain occasions, such as for maintenance, repairs, or property inspections. We will inform you in advance if that is the case.
H5: We would like to remind our guests to use the air conditioners responsibly. Please do not leave them running when you are not in the suite. Home air conditioners are not designed to operate for long consecutive hours, and doing so may cause moisture to accumulate and freeze the cooling coil.
Regarding the recent earthquake in Bangkok on March 28, 2025, I want to reassure you that the Rhythm Sathorn building is completely safe and structurally sound.

The apartment itself is fully functional and structurally unaffected. You may notice a few small cosmetic cracks on the walls—these are purely superficial and do not impact your safety or comfort in any way.
