"Toilet was dirty. Shower had pubic hair in it. Bathroom door was hrs to open and close. Bathroom door knob screws were extremely loose. Thought it would break loose and lock me in there.
Room wasn’t cleaned on second day. When I asked staff they said they only do this upon request. Thought that was strange, especially since they didn’t inform us of that when we checked in."

"Absolutely atrocious customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Non helpful staff and incredibly disorganized. The staff were not accommodating and were very disrespectful and rude when simple requests were made. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. Choose at your own risk!"
