"The only downfall was that we had an event that we were attending to that was all morning and all afternoon and we could not order food to eat unless we were our room which meant we missed parts of the event and this event is not broke out in sessions because it was a powerlifting event."

"I have stayed here several times but this last time was disappointing, front desk staff was not welcoming. There were 2 that were bothered when guest would ask questions. Air condition had to be replaced at 11:30pm in our room. I will say that the maintenance guy that came to replace it was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. He also responded fast when front desk noticed him."

"While everything had been going well, at around 2:30am, I heard a car alarm going off, I looked out the window and saw four men breaking into a truck in the parking lot. I called the front desk and the female said she would call the police. I could’ve go back to sleep after that. When I checked out at 7a, I looked out and saw another customer’s truck had been broken into as well and the first truck was still in the same condition. I’m assuming the front desk never contacted law enforcement. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Drury, but this time it was very uncomfortable. I never saw security on the patrolling the property. I hope this was an isolated incident."

"Room and hotel were clean. Front desk staff was not super friendly or helpful. Asked to extend my stay since I had a pet and could not take to SeaWorld. Was told that was not problem but to tell staff in the morning. Talked at 7am and they said not an option, so I had then bought tickets to a park that I could not go to."

"Although there weren’t too many options at breakfast, it was very basic but okay. What’s more important to us is the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived I thought, oh no maybe not a good decision to book here, but we were definitely wrong. The outside is kind of dated but the inside was very, very clean, and for that reason alone, we booked our next stay here again."

"This hotel has horrible service. We came after 3pm which is their check-in time but we still had to wait an hour to get a room. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and equipment giving the lobby a really unprofessional look. None of the ice machines in the entire hotel were working. Also you can here everyone around you like they are in your room and there is doors connecting to the room behind you with are extremely thin. The wifi was horrible and half way unusable through out the whole 2 day stay. Over all the service was bad half of the hotel is not working. This was the worst experience I had staying at a hotel. I have been to better cheap motels with roaches in them compared to what this hotel has to offer."
