"Hi, My room was definitely not clean and I personally did some cleaning upon our arrival. Our curtains had holes in them, our toilet did not fully flush or shower drain. The decor and fixtures were definitely outdated. I am confused how this equates to 4 Stars and $475 a night."

"An okay stay! Staff at the front desk was not very friendly upon arrival. The shower took awhile to get warm.. and then was lukewarm. Not a lot of lighting in the room."
