"The friendliness of all of the staph. Very cozy but yet roomy! Amazing stay!"

"The staff was very friendly. The room and facility were clean and nicely maintained. The pool and hot tub looked wonderful but we didn't have a chance to use them. The only disappointment was breakfast. All carbs. No protein no fruit. The biggest disappointment was not with the Brookside Lodge but with hotels. I was charged a different price than was on the app and an additional $94 for an unspecified reason. Fortunately I saw the charges and canceled that reservation so they didn't get me this time. I rescheduled on the website and was charged the correct amount but I won't use hotels again."

"The property was very clean and well-maintained, and it was in a scenic, peaceful setting among trees and rolling hills. The room was well-appointed, with a full kitchen including dishes and utensils. Everything was clean and well laid-out. The large walk-in shower was a true delight, with unending hot water and plenty of clean towels. The bed and fold-out couch were a bit too firm for our liking, but that's a personal preference thing. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book at this property again."

"This was a wonderful comfortable hotel for those looking for a quiet spot. They are completely non-smoking, which can be tricky to find in Cherokee. The staff was so thoughtful, and even came running out with umbrellas when it was pouring rain. They are making some nice updates like fresh paint and carpet (at least where we were on floor 1). The bed and linens were fluffy and comfy. Will come back when in the area."
