"Hard to connect with anyone I go to the house I found people inside it and I go to find on other place with my 10 luggage and 6 people you take the money from the card and you’re not connected me and said sorry we can’t or we make a mistake more in 4 hours go around to see another place I’m not happy then you returned the money you’re not return the insurance money I call my card to cancel it"

"the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife did not notice we would not enjoy the whole place, but anyways overall was a good stay."
