"A fantastic hotel with an exceptional level of service. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—everything worked perfectly. I especially want to highlight the staff—very polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was quick and seamless. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and pleasant, allowing me to fully relax. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-notch service. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. I will definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other guests."

"Staff super friendly at reception and breakfast. Room really great quality. I found TV remote challenging to use but I'm getting old I guess. Irish breakfast was brilliant especially the button mushrooms very tasty. Hotel has electric car charging stations but rate from the company a bit high. Hotel is out of Antrim town a bit you would need to drive in or get a taxi in the evening, if you wanted to go to the town. Restaurant and hotel bar had loads of people I would summise must be great quality to have people in large numbers there. Friendly staff and clean excellent decor the highlights for me."

"The building is a little old, with certain updates made (elevator etc). Rooms can be very hard to get to, unless you are close to the elevator. With any booking you make in the UK, always book the breakfast if you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it. On-site parking, but parking lot is very tight."

"The room was clean. A bit small and decor was simple. Room lighting could be improved upon. Bathroom was large but we had trouble getting a hot shower. UK shower arrangements are often a puzzle. Separate hot water switches and not in the bathroom. Instructions would help for those guests that are unfamiliar. Bathroom flooring was vinyl planks which I don’t think are intended for showers as the floor was bouncy in the shower. Location was fantastic. Parking was available, free, and in front. A bit of a haul up to the front door for heavy luggage."

"We had a 7th floor room with sporadic AC. The AC vents blew air in your face when sleeping. The shower was not a 5 star room shower. The meals were fair and you were required to purchase 2-3 courses for a set price. We had to pay for breakfast and it was worse than all the 5 star hotels we previously stayed at on our trip. The other hotels offered a free breakfast. Front desk service was sporadic and made an awful first impression. Not enough staff in the restaurants in off season. I do not know how they plan to handle the summer. Bottom line, stay somewhere else for the money. This hotel does not offer a five star experience but they do charge a five star price."
