"Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. We were woken by screams one of the nights and the staff patrolled the corridors to check everyone was alright which I thought was reassuring. Great location and super close to two reasonably priced car parks. "

I can only assume as it was a false alarm that someone thought it was clever to smoke in their bedroom. Aside from our early morning wake up call we had a very pleasant stay. "A lavish luxury 4 star hotel in a great city centre location walking distance to the Victoria shopping centre well worth booking...staff were really friendly... room was great ...breakfast restaurant was lovely looking out to the two famous dock cranes...the only downside with a city centre hotel they dont have their own parking so you have to pay for the multistorey but they will validate your ticket for a discount."
