We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms it was done very well and very comfortable the bathroom was spacious and the room was spotless. The reception lady was welcoming and helpful . Staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. Even though this is a simple hotel, it is very clean and tidy and close to the main shopping and dining precincts in town. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ballina.

A reasonable size room, clean and well set out. We had no traffic noise where we were.The bed was two pushed together so a ridge down the middle. We were up stairs. The bathroom was small with the wose shower we have ever encounted, difficult to regulate the temperature and the hot water scalling hot, dangerous.
