"The room was dated but was really clean and cannot complain at all with the condition or cleanliness of the room. There is no staff in reception and all was done via hotels.com. Although no issues were encountered, I did miss the personal touch of speaking to someone."

"The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again."

"Friendly, great getaway and close to the hot springs, lovely to sit in the hot tub, watch a movie and enjoy a couple glasses of champagne, perfect night away for any couple, highly recommend"

"Wonderful friendly staff, the only thing i can fault was that due to sharing an entrance to our villa with someone else their door would slam shut every time they would arrive home and i could hear them walk up the stair case to their villa which was pretty annoying other than that it was was a great and relaxing weekend away. Definitely thinking of coming back."
