"Beautiful hotel with amazing artwork everywhere you look. Pool are was very nice, room was great, restaurant was also very good. Staff were all very professional and accommodating! Definitely going back to this hotel."

"The room size, condition of the furniture, level of cleanliness, and bed itself (marketed as queen size, but believe these were full size) left much to be desired. Upon settling in for the evening, we attempted to turn the tv on and it continued to have issues and would sporadically go off and have massive static waves across the entire screen. After calling the front desk, they offered zero help other than to give us a restaurant credit (we already had our breakfast included) and had very little empathy for the situation. Highly disappointed by this property considering it is a Fairmont! "
