"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. "Easy enough check in process and clean enough room- totally understand hotels are busier at a weekend with events on but I just don’t feel this box room was worth what I paid. To get right into the centre it was a 30 min walk almost. Check out at 10am was rubbish, lifts and stairs were packed with dozens of people running at 9:50am to reception- most hotels are 11am or even midday to check out.
