The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do.
