"After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there."

"The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The facilities were new and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, the highlight of my stay. The only negative was a dog that was in a room just down the hall that barked all night."

"Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. Zero standards, zero supervision, zero pride of ownershi"
