"The service was first class. From the minute we arrived, Filipa made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the world. Super helpful, greeting us each morning with bottles of water to start our day, directions, reservations, etc. She and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were well appointed, incredibly clean with large bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and everything was made fresh to order. We can't wait to go back!"

"Hotel was nice, room was nice but small. Make sure you request a room on the opposite side of the neighboring building that is under construction. We were subjected to jackhammers, drills, yells, and other machinery all day long until 9pm the days we were there. I may have misunderstood the amenity of 24/7 shuttle to airport as I was under the impression it was complimentary but it was €80 for the car ride, one way, to the airport for our family. You will be better off calling a taxi or an Uber...

"Booked this hotel based on the location! Lots of restaurants, shops and walkable to everything! The room was well appointed, Smeg brand small appliances, heated tile bathroom flooring, two Juliet balconies and a full sized ironing board! We included the breakfast during our six night stay and we were extremely disappointed! We were given the choice of only one hot drink, tea or coffee, ( any other hot beverage would be an extra cost) One choice of either a yogurt or a juice and a plate of subpar...
