"Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend."

"Could not have been more pleased with this VRBO. Exceeded our expectations. Place was very clean, very spacious, host was thoughtful when it came to having everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Long Island."

"Clean and comfortable. Very quiet and pleasant place to stay."

"Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...

"Great condo. Very nice location and grounds."

"Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. There was...

"The place wasn’t bad, it was close to what we needed for the weekend. There was no curtain on the front door which was a little odd since the home owners were on property and could see right in if they walked past. While the place wasn’t “dirty” there were a lot of flies especially in the bathroom. I’d say over 20 flies. Overall the stay wasn’t bad in anyway but I probably would book something else if I’m ever in the area again."
