"I stayed two nights the room didnt get cleaned the first nights no trash was taken out of the room neither days.When I called the front desk I was told that the room had been cleaned and it wasnt Also went to the front desk for rowel i wasnt given one barh towels and was told that the towel was in the dryer and that he would bring some more to the room that didnt happen. Im not satisfied with my stay at this hotel "

"Perfect in every single way. Just like Home Sweet Home. Shout out to Kevin for his warm welcome. We loved everything about this Home 2 Home Suite. We stayed there on our way to Gaitlinburg and on the way back home again. "

"Although there is a kitchenette, it is not equipped with any kitchen items like plates, silverware, etc. So be prepared to bring your own. Also, note that the rooms are NOT cleaned every day and you will need to ask if you want more toilet paper, towels, etc. "

"I only have one negative thing to say. If you are a late check-in say later than 11 you will find no parking. there’s a restaurant that’s right next to it. Apparently, the hotel management owns that restaurant and you have to park in that parking lot as overflow. I had to park there both nights. Very nice pleasant property. This was a two night stay for me. The breakfast is actually very decent. Swimming pool is perfect smaller side hot tub is potentially converted into a fountain."

"Parking and Breakfast was good, However, I wasn't told that they only clean rooms every other day and if you want your room clean you have to request it. So to my surprise I came back to my room and it was still not cleaned. Also the TV stop connecting to the WIFI. I called for someone and was told someone would come then told to unplug everything to see if that worked. It did not work I informed the front desk and was told someone was coming no one never came to fix the TV. No a happy camper and I all I got was a apology when I checked out. I will not be back there."

"The hot tub water came out yellow, the jets needed cleaning. I really booked for the hot tub. The ac didn’t really kick on a lot luckily it was chilly outside so we opened the window. The cable stations were spotty. The bed was very firm, if you like that then great but definitely caused back pain. The room when we came in was clean, looked very presentable. "
