"Everything about the property was perfect. Clean, well maintained. Only issue is that we called from Denver when we realized our flight was delayed and we probably wouldn't get to the property before 2 am and check-in ended at midnight. We were told no problem and that there would be a note for the next shift. Our flight was even more delayed so we didnt show up to the property until 2:20 am. There was no sign of a staff person anywhere, but there was a sign that they were helping guests elsewhere. We laid down on the bench and waited 20-25 minutes for someone to show up so we could get to our room for the night. We were exhausted from a full day of travel. The staff person was very apologetic and was not told there would be any late check-ins. She did give us a VERY late check out that we were very grateful for. Otherwise it was a perfect stay."

"Cleaning staff did a great jobs on the rooms every day! Breakfast was okay for the most part, but lines waiting to make waffles (could use more waffles machines). Staff member on original check in seemed a bit indifferent, but all other staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was further away from places than we thought...certainly not walkable."

"My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night and had a great experience. The first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful lobby and open courtyard as soon as we walked in. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a nice pool and one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. The staff was friendly, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again."
