"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule).
The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold.
Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"Toilet kept plugging. We were told by the manager that we could not put toilet paper in the toilet and needed to put in the bin. That is disgusting! The room was in bad condition with stained furniture and beaten-up cheap cabinets. The kitchenette was a joke with no accessories other than a microwave and small refrigerator. The cabinets were completely empty. And finally, upon checking out we had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while our room was inspected as if we were trying to steal things. Not a nice send off at all.
On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful and most of the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. But there were too many problems for us to enjoy our stay."
"Location is excellent especially if you are commuting via Victory Liner. All staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast selection is also good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip in Baguio."
"We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Baguio! We were a family of 8 and stayed for 3 days in the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The master’s bedroom had a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings even more special. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The room attendant was also very friendly and even helped us carry our luggage to the room, which we truly appreciated.
Another great thing about this place is the location. It’s just steps away from Mines View Park, with many restaurants and pasalubong stores nearby, so it was very easy for us to explore and enjoy the area.
Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to families and groups visiting Baguio!"
"Easy check in and check out. The location is excellent and just walking distance to Session Rd and SM. The building where the condo is located has places to eat food. I feel that this building is well secured as it needs key pad to enter the building. The only i wish is that they provide slippers. But overall stay is great! I will definitely stay here again."
"We had an amazing stay at Lafayette Luxury Suites in Baguio! The buffet breakfast was 10/10 — so many delicious options and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Our room had a beautiful view outside, definitely 10/10 as well. Waking up to that scenery made our stay even more special.
The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The rooftop view is absolutely wonderful — such a relaxing spot to enjoy the cool Baguio atmosphere.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baguio!"
