Beautiful recent apartment of 27m², 2 rooms 2/4 people, located 500m from the thermal baths and 150m from the cable car, close to shops, on the 4th floor with elevator, West exposure. Mountain view.

Quiet and located at the back of the building, this apartment includes a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, solid furniture, television, kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven and microwave, washing machine. The living room is West facing with balcony and garden table, very beautiful view of the mountain. A bedroom with a 140 bed West facing, bathroom and separate toilet.

The floor is covered with laminate flooring.
