"The Old Swan Hotel was a beautiful hotel with a lot of Old English charm that you don’t get nowadays,The breakfast was great so much food to choose from.The staff were always pleasant and polite.The room was perfect and the bed was so nice, i would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"Not very good, when the bar closed at 11pm the night staff on reception was serving on the bar absolutely clueless, must of had no handover of the bar couldn’t find the sparklers for the beer pumps. Should have 2 people to work on the night shift was running around like a headless chicken. Very poor service would not stay again."

"Yes welcoming for dogs. Had a poolside suite. Only things i would say are the pillows are very hard and the bed linen could be softer. I say this because is expensive to stay. Also had to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast and i think when you pay this money you shouldnt need too"
