"Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking."

"This is a perfect set up for a home base for one to two people on a weekend. The bed is spacious and the room has just what you need with closet space, a good bathroom, and a convenient location. Rainfall shower head was also a nice touch."

"This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access...

"The house was extremely clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed the high end products they stocked the home with. The bathrooms were so pretty and the whole house was beautifully appointed. "Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful communication and instructions. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Pitt. One note, the listing says 3 bedrooms/sleeps 6. There are actually 2 bedrooms and the family room has a nice pullout that sleeps 2, which worked out fine for us, but didn’t realize this when booking. Overall, well done. Cheers!"

"Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! The room was great, very clean, they give you all the cleaning stuff you need, bathroom is equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash so you don’t need to pack. I love that it was close enough to everything that we could just walk but far enough away that at night it wasn’t too loud."
