"Very good value in this popular modern budget hotel in the renovated port area of Mainz. It was annoying that there were no complementary drinks in the room (such as coffee or water) but it was good that hot food was available in the hotel at a reasonable price"

"The hotel looks a little underwhelming from the outside, the inside has kept most of its period charges. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can speak other languages. The room was clean and tidy with excellent quality bedding. Only a few minor things we expected a coffee machine but got a kettle. And the fan in the bathroom was not working. The location was good very close to the main market square and shops."

"Liked: great staff support and responsiveness, clean and also a convenient location Could be improved: only one towel hook in the room; no coffee/tea making facilities or fridge in the room. No desk. WiFi was v v slow."

"The amenities included were excellent and in super working order. The only thing I would say is that I was a bit surprised that there weren't more amenities. For example, there's no kettle in the room, kitchenette, or fridge. Despite this, the grounds are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the stay was superb."

"Good for one night for layover at Frankfurt airport! Accessible by train directly from airport or quick Uber. 24h check-in was helpful for overnight layover, with a kebab/pizza restaurant 5 minute walk away as well. Snacks and drinks sold at reception was convenient. Good price for value"
