As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. "One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport. "
