Gemütlich eingerichtete, helle 70 qm große Wohnung mit viel Komfort, im DG eines bayerischen Hauses. Geräumiges Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlichem Bett, Sitzecke, Fernseher, Radio und Telefon. Großzügige Vollküche mit Essplatz und großes Bad mit Dusche und WC. WLAN vorhanden. Ein schöner Garten und ein Balkon stehen zur Benutzung mit zur Verfügung. Der Gesundheit unserer Gäste zuliebe ist es eine Nichtraucher- Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und dabei sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten sind die Kurstätten ebenso zu erreichen, wie die Innenstadt oder die Wander- und Radwege entlang der Saalach. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Erholen, Entspannen oder für sportliche Aktiviäten: Wandern, Radfahren, Monutainbiking, Rafting in der Saalach oder Golfen an einem wunderschönen, nahe liegenden Platz.
Gemütlich eingerichtet, viel Komfort, ruhig und sehr zentral. Im DG eines bayerischen Hauses. Geräumiges Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit zusätzl. Bett, Vollküche mit Essplatz und großes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Schöner Garten und Balkon stehen zur Verfügung. Das Bett für die 5. Person ist ein Zustellbett.
