"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely.
That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"The positive: Very helpfull and kind personal. Great breakfast, easy parking.
The negative: The place is somewhat used and old and the nearby town is “ghostey”.
Overall great value for money! Perfect spot for a nigh-over on your way south/north.
