"This is an excellent hotel for its price in Barbados. This is primarily because it is not on the beach. It’s also the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel there and I’ve stayed at several. I’m vegan and my partner is not and we were both very pleased. The dinner was not so tasty I must say. The staff were polite and attentive. "The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!! Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible. "The room was very clean. The staff provided necessary assistance. Breakfast was good. There was an unpleasant scent from the beach but steps were taken to rectify it. The flushing lever on the toilet was not working properly. The good outweighed the bad so I would try them again."

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great.
