Our vehicle was broken into and all our valuables were taken and it just happened that their cameras didn’t reach where we was parked. I will never stay here again and highly don’t recommend it. We left early and they’re STILL trying to charge me after giving us a refund

Was unaware you had to reserve parking at the hotel parking lot until day before and they were completely booked. It was fine because there was economy parking directly across the street. Very unique and beautiful property but BE AWARE OF THE STAIRS - narrow, steep, long stairway down to the entrance. I also had an issue with the fireplace, but the host was very responsive and came to fix it immediately.
