I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs… Then he didn’t even check our passports (it’s a mandatory in Morocco) and demanded extra cash for an “upgrade”. "The host is the best. Beautiful place, wonderful view. Nice people, friendly. A great breakfast. Clean and secure. Tha only point I didn’t enjoy it, it was to noise at night and I love my sleep. "

"At first we did not feel welcomed. The host had double booked and insisted that we move to another place for the third and final night.We stood our ground as we had specially booked the 3 nights 3 months earlier as a family treat. The next morning we were informed that we could stay.The place is beautiful with amazing views and authentic decor spanning 4 floors and a rooftop patio. Beds were pretty hard but the overall stay was fantastic."
