A great place for your rehearsal dinner or event! Pickleball, Sauna, hot tub, heated Swim Spa, Fire Pit, Xbox One, Pinball, Skee Ball, 2 8' Pool Tables! For groups of 11 or more, there is a 4th bedroom w/ full bath & TV in a 300 sq ft ADU. For groups of 14 or more, there is a 5th bedroom in a 2nd ADU. Dart boards, Arcades, 2 Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Soccer Goals, 2 Shuffleboard tables, Volleyball, 3 BBQ including a smoker, Corn hole. Poker and Blackjack Table. 7 Smart TVs! Optional Event space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The Space:

For groups of 11 or more, there is a 4th bedroom w/ full bath & TV in a 300 sq ft ADU. For groups of 14 or more, there is a 2nd ADU.



There is a optional Bounce House. The rate is $499 for the bounce house, with a 3 night weekend minimum rental. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release.



There is a optional Water Slide. The rate is $699 for the water slide, with a 3 night weekend rental minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release.



There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Daily rate is $300.

Please ask about availability. Weekends only. Must provide one week notice. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV.



Both game rooms have a refrigerator and stereo.



Effective 1/1/25 there is a event room that is available for $995. This room is approximately 600 sq feet. It is set up with eleven 4 foot round folding tables and about 55 folding chairs. It can accommodate about 55 people.



This home is in the country, so you might encounter insects, venomous snakes (although we have never seen any), wild animals, and poison ivy.



The 3 roll around twin beds are kept in the Master closet and can be put where ever you like. The master closet is quite large, and many have kept them there for sleeping a couple. This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home sits on almost 4 acres outside of the city limits. Each game room is insulated and has a refrigerator



There is a water park about 15.5 miles away (Splash Kingdom Wild West), less than 5 miles Stoney Ridge Villa and less than 7 miles to Dove Ridge Villa.



Between the garage and shop there is close to 1400 square feet of game room space, and several outside areas with seating. Almost 500 square feet of covered outdoor living area!
