"Lovely big rooms, some with additional beds for extra guests such as children. Lots of wooden flooring, characterful decoration (stuffed animals etc). All the bedrooms are on the 1st or 2nd floor, so not suitable for anyone with limited/poor mobility. Kitchen: No ice maker (mentioned in listing). No toaster - odd for a commercial kitchen and much missed by the children. Oven didn't work well - large range cooker, but the main oven has a smashed window and the side oven could not be used as it...

"Beautiful old-world hotel right in the centre of Tours. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel staff very kindly upgraded us to one of the suites! We loved the room and its art deco style: huge space, big bathroom and the aircon was excellent. Excellent breakfasts and the staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
