"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"We stayed one night at this hotel and had a room with one bed and a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided for the sofa bed. We called the front desk, and they were only able to provide a sheet—no blanket or pillows were available. We ended up having to use towels as makeshift pillows. The room also had a strong smoke odor that was being covered up with a strong cologne smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. In addition, the door...

"The breakfast was just continental but they do have waffle station. By 8am ran out of cold hard-boiled eggs. Asked staff if there were any more, was told no as she made 34 eggs."

"The bathroom needs care, specially the bathtub. The paint was peeling."
