"Por ser um local de praia a frequência da limpeza deveria ser maior. Considero muito de 3 em 3 dias. Mesmo que não trocassem a roupa de cama na mesma frequência, mas passar um pano e tirar o lixo, já seria melhor! Os funcionários estão acima da média de porto seguro. O café da manhã muito bom também!"

"Very smelly bathroom, weak shower with heating problems, breakfast starts too late, room service only until 8:30 pm, they didn't give me a knife and fork when I asked for them. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work."

"O hotel é novo, com boa estrutura, tudo muito limpo, organizado, funcionários atenciosos, mas para ficar excelente precisa de alguns ajustes simples, como por exemplo, a questão da água quente. Por ser com boiler, no horário de pico (por volta das 18h, 19h) falta água quente. Outro ponto interessante que poderia ser acrescentado nos quartos, é um secador de cabelos e um espelho de corpo todo. Para muitos pode parecer bobagem, mas para nós mulheres conta muito, principalmente o espelho, pois...

"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."
