Located just a short walk from the beach in Avon, this welcoming 4-bedroom, 4-bath semi-oceanfront home offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, Pamlico Sound, and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, along with plenty of space to relax and enjoy Hatteras Island living.
The bright and spacious living area provides a comfortable place to gather after a day in the sun, while the newly renovated kitchen features modern appliances, a convenient breakfast bar, and a Keurig coffee maker to make mornings a breeze. Whether you're preparing a family dinner or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, there's plenty of room to settle in and feel at home.

Step outside onto the expansive upper deck, where beautiful coastal views and refreshing ocean breezes create the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or winding down after a day of island adventures.

For a little extra privacy, head up the spiral staircase to the primary bedroom loft, complete with a private bathroom featuring a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Three additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for family and friends, while multiple bathrooms make sharing the space easy.

When you're ready for the beach, it's just a short walk from the house! Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Located at 42218 Griggs Lane in Avon, Sandy Paws is less than 500 feet from the beach. Follow Griggs Lane toward the ocean to reach the nearby beach access area. Please follow the designated dune crossing to reach the shoreline.
