Located slope-side in Bachelor Gulch with easy access to the Ritz, this Bear Paw true ski-in/ski-out 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence features beautiful hardwood floors, a huge hearth, and an abundance of space for guests to spread out and enjoy.

The owner expanded the deck to allow ample space for dining and relaxing outdoors.

With the ability to sleep 8 comfortably, it’s perfect for two families or a large group of friends. A year-round heated pool and three hot tubs are located on the property. The residence also includes a designated ski locker and a heated underground parking space.

The Ritz-Carlton is just down the street and allows Bear Paw guests full access to their swimming pool and hot tubs (if you prefer not to use the pool and hot tubs onsite at Bear Paw) at this 5-star neighboring resort.

If you’d like to use the Ritz Fitness Center, day passes may be purchased through the Ritz Spa. The Ritz has three restaurants onsite, an outdoor bar, and live music daily during ski season.

Download the Village Connect app to have the free shuttle pick you up at your door and drive you to the Ritz, Arrowhead Village, or Beaver Creek Village day or night.

Due to its one-of-a-kind slope-side location, this property is an excellent choice for guests interested in experiencing village-to-village skiing between Bachelor Gulch Village, Beaver Creek Village, and Arrowhead Village — so fun to explore!

Great location

Well appointed, well maintained luxury stay. We stay in snow cloud every year and this felt just as luxurious and well appointed as those units. True ski and ski out feature was fantastic for our group. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Perfect ski in and ski out

Bear Paw Lodge is the perfect ski-in, ski-out location, hands down. Our house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The home was clean and exceeded our expectations. The house looked even better than the pictures, as I believe the bedding has been updated from what is shown online. We will definitely be renting this house again for our next ski trip.

Excellent spot for family skiing.

Our stay at Bear Paw Lodge was wonderful. We went with our two young teenaged kids, and the place really suited our needs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the whole property is really quiet, and the ski in/out location is great. Reid was super responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Exceeded Expectations

The condo exceeded our expectations. Although some of the furniture was different that what was posted in the images we were still well accommodated. The carpeted/heated ski locker room and hot tub just a few steps out of the building were fabulous. A true ski in/ski out. However, if you have "green" skiers it can be a little tricky to find the green run back to the condo. Take Lower Stirrup - it isn't well marked and looks like a snow cat trail but don't let that deter you! Great condo. Will return.

Bear Paw Lodge Rocks

Ski-In/out is super easy, and a locker room to hold all your equipment so no need to drag it up to the unit. Ski Rental Valet met us in the locker room to fit all our equipment, which was nice. The unit itself is very cozy and nicely decorated. Our group of 7 fit comfortably in the living room and dining room. The kitchen has lovely new countertops, and it has all the supplies you need if you are cooking. The free BC shuttle picked us up at the front door to take us to the Ritz for apres ski (amazing!) or downtown BC for skating/other great restaurants. We will def come back. Thanks!

Great location, responsive host

We had three couples staying and couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy ski out down to the lift and great ski in access to get back. Plenty of space for our group. Hot tub was fantastic as well after a long day. Quick/easy access from the parking garage to the unit (makes hauling all the gear easy). Would definitely recommend staying here. Hosts are very responsive as well!

Amazing! *Perfect Mountain Getaway!*

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect in every sense. Reed, our host, was fantastic and always available to assist us. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The ski-in ski-out access was unbeatable, allowing us to enjoy the mountain effortlessly. Every detail of the property was well thought out, enhancing our overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location, Great Host

If you want access to great restaurants and activities but a bit more solitude, this unit is the place for you. Yes, it is a true ski in/ski out, but what this also means in the summer is immediate access to beautiful, quiet, scenic hiking trails that are shaded by giant aspen and pine trees. Wildflowers and hummingbirds are abundant and beautiful. Note to other Floridians and Texans: lack of AC is NOT a problem if you open windows at night to let in cooler air. The complimentary shuttle (via the Village Connect app) takes you down to the Ritz and to Beaver Creek Village where you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. Some of our favorite restaurants on the mountain are Splendido, Grouse Mountain Grill, and Golden Eagle - Dusty Boot and Blue Moose Pizza for casual. You can't beat the views from Zach's Cabin and Beano's Cabin. If you want to drive into Avon/Edwards for food, Northside Kitchen, Juniper, Hungry Goat, and Benderz are also great. The Spa at the Ritz was incredible - great service, beautiful amenities, phenomenal massages. (Also, you can take the shuttle down to Mirabelle and then cross the street via foot to the Westin Riverfront Spa - had great service and facial there!) Don't forget to pack your bathing suit for the onsite pool and hot tub. Hosts of this unit are great communicators and quick responders!

Beautiful condo in the mountains. Close to Beaver Creek Village.

Stayed 6 nights. Beautiful condo with large porch including seating for 6, rocking chairs, 2 cushioned lounge chairs and a grill. Great amenities except the gym didn’t state online that it was not located on property but down the road at the Ritz for a fee. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bear paw Lodge (our 2nd stay) and will most likely return in the future.

Great Location

This property was perfect and in a fantastic location for ski-in, ski-out. We have stayed at the Ritz right at the bottom of the hill previously and loved it but this is the best of both worlds, quieter, not as much hustle and bustle, yet you still have the ability to just ski down and enjoy their restaurants. Shuttle service was quick and easy. If I had one complaint it would be that the listing was incorrect. It was listed as 2 King Rooms but the second room has a double/queen in it. Generally not a problem but when you have adults that are tall it’s an issue. Would stay here again if that second room has a king it in.

So much fun!

Our group had a great time! Really cool location. It is truly ski in/out. This condo and Bear Paw Lodge is so beautiful! We ate dinner at the Ritz one night and enjoyed the hot tubs at Bear Paw Lodge after skiing. Highly recommend. Reed the property manager was great to communicate with. Can't wait to come back!

Great location on the mountain.

We loved everything about this property from the cleanliness, spaciousness, and location on the slopes. It felt like we were in a secluded mountain getaway, rather than in the hustle and bustle of the village. We also like being so close to the Ritz Carlton for drinks, evening, entertainment, and restaurants. We were also just a 10 minute free shuttle ride away from the heart of Beaver Creek Village by the ice rink. Reed was very helpful. We will be back.

Love this true ski in ski out condo, and actually skiing DOWN to the chairlift!

This is a large, luxurious condo with everything we needed for our stay with our kids. The pool and hot tub are incredible and so convenient. We love to staying on the slopes and not with the masses of people in the village. It really felt like we were tucked away in a secluded cabin with a great fireplace on the slopes. The Ritz Carlton was a very short free shuttle ride in the evening (or ski down to it during the day) and they have a two bars, live music, and 2 lively restaurants. Perfect! We will be back!
