Book early! Convenient!

Booked pre season, reasonable rates for area. Kitchen stocked w basics. Was in a 1 BR suite. Pull out was surprisingly very comfortable. No oven. Convenient shuttle to slopes. Ski lockers, boot dryer attached to Underground parking. Pool and hot tubs open even in cold March! Needed painting and frequent calls to maintenance regarding temps. Felt great after skiing. BBQ grills smelled great. Need a car to get to shopping, food, entertainment in Avon and near by. Able to print boarding passes in lobby. Beware of late night check in must be pre arranged!! No one in desk! The key is to be left in a coded mail box. Very confusing.

Slight Confusion

When I arrived at the resort (which I've stayed at previously) they were unable to find my reservation. The receptionist was very nice and called the main office in Denver. They had no availability and stated they never received the reservation request. They were, however able to accomodate me in their sister resort over in Vail. I did not mind this at all but after a long day of travel this was quite annoying. At the end, everything was fine but better organization between the two companies is needed.
