Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 5 vehicles, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a spacious yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grill.

Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area. The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a large sectional sofa and TV. The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a TV, and share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)… perfect for the little ones in your group! Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
