"Belle hotel, propre et très bien situé pour passer 2 nuits à Porto. Nous avons bien apprécié"

"The location was excellent for accessing the older part of Porto. We were near the river, close to "the best church," Not far from the beautiful church & tower and the train station. There are many wonderful restaurants int the area, and a nice place around the corner to get a taste of Fado music and history. Lots of street musicians day and night. We were grateful that a Fernando stayed a little after 6 p.m., because we hadn't received access instructions. I found them the next day in my email....

"I am extremely disappointed by how an issue involving two missing personal belongings was handled during my stay. After leaving the hotel, I realized that a pouch/bag and an expensive dress were missing. I am certain both items were left at the hotel and did not make it home with me. I checked my luggage and belongings thoroughly, and the hotel was the last place I had them. Guest Relations responded that they would check with the laundry service and hotel team, but neither item has been...

"Terrific location. Very nice hotel. Staffwas very helpful and friendly."

"Nice apartment in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the main areas. Bit of a squeeze for 5 adults but still plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Nice large hot tub for private use and the communal pool area was small but nice for some outside space. Unfortunately a few maintenance issues which have clearly been ongoing for a while with nothing done about them. The main ones being the drip dripping electric hot water tank, towels had been placed underneath to catch the drips but these...

"Catia & Lamartine were exceptional receptionist! Very kind & helpful. Vivian was an AMAZING housekeeper! Very proficient and sweet. The property was very safe & in an excellent location. Close to several restaurants & grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I will definitely return."

"Everything was great. The location is just perfect. The only issue was that the air conditioning units had all black mold inside and on the fins that caused a moldy smell in the room. I was able to clean the fins but not inside the units."

"Superb view, location, and amenities. Clean room with full kitchen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable."

"The room is nicely decorated and with full size kitchen. Air conditioning is quiet and works fine. The bed is comfortable."

"The staff was excellent; the lady who assisted us was incredibly kind. The room was spacious and clean, although a bit too warm for our liking. The hotel is very well located, and we had a very good few days. Thank you."
