This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This huge (2,500+ sq ft), 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has a total of 9+ beds and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The property has a cinema room, a small gym, great outdoor space and all you need to have a comfortable stay with your group.
Walk to bars and restaurants or run on the lake!
Modern and stylish, the property and is a 5 minute walk to dining and bars and a 15-25 minute walk (or 4-minute drive) to the heart of downtown, East 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The house is nestled on a quiet street, giving you a peaceful, comfortable, and spacious oasis that's walking distance to bars, dining, and even downtown.
There's plenty of spaces to relax and lots of entertainment, inside the house and within blocks!
We pride ourselves on being great hosts with a dedicated, local team ready to answer your questions, help with any issues, and give you recommendations!

The kitchen is complete with every appliance you could want, glassware for large parties, and an abundance of utensils. A coffee maker and coffee are provided to kickstart your morning in every home. Enjoy multiple stylish and comfortable entertainment spaces, including a movie room, two patios, and even a small home gym.
For modern convenience the property has al washers/dryer and high speed internet.
The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.
