Enjoy the large, grassy lawn that leads down to a seating area by the water as well as a private mini-beach and 2-story boat dock. Enjoy being on Lake Austin which stays at a constant high level throughout the year unlike Lake Travis. PLEASE NOTE: The Homeowner keeps their boat in one slip year round. A second slip is available for guest use. The boat slip hoist limit is 8,000 lbs / 23-foot boat.
The covered patio provides a stunning view of the lake and outdoor seating for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on. A built-in propane BBQ grill lets you eat like a local and fans provide a cool breeze in the Texas summer!
The open concept living area and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV or read a good book. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Seating for 8 is available in the formal dining area and stools provide additional seating for guests around the kitchen island.
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor - one on either side of the home. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the lower basement floor along with another living room that offers a flat screen TV and small card table. A door in this second living room leads to the lower-level patio which offers a ping-pong table (seen under the cover in the virtual tour linked on our website's listing).
