The Space:

You step onto the private patio and feel the soft winter light spill over the city skyline, inviting you to breathe in the fresh Austin air. Inside, the open‑concept living area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa that easily transforms into a queen‑size sleeper, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The gentle hum of the air‑conditioning keeps the space at a pleasant temperature while you plan your next adventure. Evening settles in, and the quiet of East Riverside offers a calm backdrop for relaxation.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing ample space for rest. A fourth bedroom holds a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. The living area includes a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for larger groups. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.



Living space

The entry opens directly into an open‑concept layout where the living area and kitchen flow together. Patio access extends the space outdoors, offering a quiet spot to enjoy a warm drink and the cooler season without leaving the apartment. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable throughout Austin’s mild winter.



Kitchen & dining

A functional kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook with seating provides a casual spot for meals, coffee, or planning the day ahead while staying connected to the living area.

High‑speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming, and a dedicated workspace lets you focus when needed.

A shared outdoor pool is available year‑round during posted hours, alongside a shared hot tub and a shared gym nearby. A private entrance, self‑check‑in via smart lock, and free on‑site parking (with additional free street parking) make arrival effortless. The home is single‑level with no stairs, and security cameras face outward at the front door while a noise monitor helps maintain quiet hours.

East Riverside is residential and peaceful, with green spaces nearby and easy access to downtown Austin, the University of Texas, and the airport. The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
