‘Silverwood’ meaning `peaceful living` lives up to its name and offers modern yet comfortable decor and furnishing with AMAZING amenities for our guests! New to the short-term rental market, but backed by a property management company with thousands of glowing reviews, this one-story home has been professionally decorated with comfort and quality in mind. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, ample backyard space with a fire pit, comfy beds, plush linens, Smart TVs, and a 24/7 Guest Experience team for your stay! Two of the three bedrooms boast comfortable queen-sized beds and share a bathroom. The primary bedroom holds a king-sized bed, a desk space for remote working/ learning, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and soaking tub. There is also a laundry room and a 2 car garage. The kitchen is well equipped with items like:

- Coffee maker
- KitchenAid Stand Mixer
- Crockpot

The family room has tons of natural light, comfy seating, and a fireplace you can all gather around to either play games or enjoy the smart TV! Perfect Mom-Daughter-Grandpup pad

This property is perfectly situated by the domain and in North Austin. And it was spacious, welcoming, and warm. Loved the back porch. Perfect for a mom-daughter and grandpup weekend visit.

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated home. Very spacious. Wonderful outdoor area. Fantastic location. Even has a walking trail right down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Silverwood was great! Better than the pictures and so comfortable. Well situated and great for our needs. Great shower, comfortable bed, big kitchen and a tv in every room.

Wonderful house!

Enjoyed our stay. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was convenient for exploring Austin. Indoor and outdoor living spaces were comfortable with the right amount of furniture. Showers were great. Amenities were as described - WiFi, TVs, A/C, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, coffee maker all worked well. We would stay here again.

Lovely Austin retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the Silverwood house. It is in a perfect location to enjoy all parts of Austin. The home is modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The backyard is amazing and set up perfectly to enjoy the Austin days and nights. The management team is very polite, helpful and committed to providing a great stay for their guests. We plan to stay here again.

NYE Weekend

Found the listing last minute as we wanted to get away for New Years. We were taking our dogs with us and the property manager was very quick with responses. They were very organized and the house was in a perfect location and we had a great time hanging out here.

Everything we needed was at this house. It was clean and comfy. Our only problem was the key code getting in, we had to call because the code did not work. We were able to reach someone and get it all resolved.

Relaxing getaway close to neighborhood Park

We really enjoyed my stay here! Home was thoughtfully decorated with a soothing rustic modern decor. Cooking was easy in the large kitchen. The large master bedroom with fireplace was very inviting! All three bedrooms had luxurious bedding. We used both the fireplace and fire pit on cool nights. Everything was in good working order and exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the attentiveness of the property management. The ladies gave timely updates and accurate correspondence; very easy to work with! All information about our stay was provided upfront and was accurate. I highly recommend this property and host. I will definitely book with them again!

Mixed experience

Every employee I interacted with was fantastic. The home was comfortable and I felt that it was in a safe location. The main reason I chose its location was because it was close to such a nice park and that did work out well. The house itself has an overall musty smell and the floor is so dirty that our feet turned black when we were barefoot. The yard is dramatically overgrown and nothing like the pictures and not usable by children or dogs. The yard has broken glass, nails, screws, and various miscellaneous items in pieces here and there. It also looks in the back as if it would be a good environment for snakes, rats, and ticks. Here and there were broken vases or decorative items that had just been kind of pieced together and turned around. It looks like there is a leak under the front bedroom window for some time. I picked the rugs up so they would no t get damaged by my chihuahua and was in a cloud of dust. But the employees' kindness and the overall charm of the original plan for the house made us satisfied to be there. I feel like it started out as a good idea and perhaps has become a party house or something like that.
