    The Space:
    This stylish four-bedroom, two-bath home offers a seamless blend of comfort and functionality, all on one spacious floor with an open layout. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while two rooms have queens, and the fourth offers a cozy full bed. With three dedicated workspaces, it’s perfect for remote work or creativity. Whether you're unwinding with loved ones or getting things done in a beautiful setting, this home has everything you need to relax, recharge, and feel right at home.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will be given a the door code to access the property on the day of check in.
    The house and all the amenities are fully yours to enjoy anytime you please.

    Other Things to Note:
    When it's time to venture out, you'll find yourself just minutes away from everything Leander and Cedar Park have to offer. From grocery stores and shopping to live events and entertainment, there's always something exciting to discover. And with the Domain and Austin's famed music and film festivals within easy reach, you'll have endless options for adventure.

    ****IMPORTANT****

    PLEASE read through the house rules carefully. It is very important that you read, understand and adhere to the rules.

    We have 1 ring cameras on the premises located at the front door.

    No guest other than the ones indicated in your group are allowed on the property for whatever reason.

    NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you want to smoke, you are allowed to do so in the back yard patio. Please dispose on any cigarette butts safely in the outside trash can. DO NOT throw butts onto the yard.

    Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 11am.

    Pets are allowed, HOWEVER, please make sure to wipe paws before climbing onto any of the furniture. Please use the throws provided under your pets as to not dirty any of the furniture.

    NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. Please respect the community and keep the noise level to a minimal after 10pm.

The host was good with timely responses. However, no one other than those that were on the list could be in the VRBO. When we book these places and go out of town for a visit, it is our intent to have people over to play cards, share a meal or even utilize the amenities that the VRBO has advertised (i.e. pool table). We also thought this would be a very nice place; unfortunately, there were slats missing and/or broken on most of the blinds which compromised privacy, not enough chairs, stained furniture, and torn cushions on the patio furniture. We took pictures of everything due to these missteps to cover ourselves. Based on the pricing of this VRBO, it fell short of our expectations.
