HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises.



Pool can be heated at an additional cost



Looking to host a larger group? Ask us about our Sundown Ridge homes that are a 6 minute drive down the road. Renting our various accommodations allows you to accommodate up to 100 guests (in true beds), ensuring everyone has a delightful and memorable stay.



This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.



HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.



PETS: Pets welcome with advance written approval. $100 per pet, per night, plus a refundable $1,000 pet deposit. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 per pet, per night. Please note: pet charges are not included in your booking total. Once your reservation is confirmed and your pet is approved, we will send a pet agreement and a secure payment link for the fee and deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of checkout.
